Racing headers are made from 0.8mm lightweight stainless steel tubing, which is extruded in house, CNC bent and then hand welded. Most have tapered headers and expansion cahmbers to promote bottom end and mid-range in addition to reducing noise. For the latest models, the systems are supplied with Akrapovic's Hexagonal desigbn muffler, with its choice of titanium or carbon-fibre sleeve and finished with a black composite end cap. All racing systems / silencers are supplied with a high quality, ultra light and strong, carbon-fibre loop bracket, along with springs and all necessary mounting hardware.
